The Green Wood inn. Was not fresh.

The Green Wood inn. Was not fresh. They put me in a room that was being renovated. The entire 2nd floor was under renovation. Drywall dust in the air. Loud atmosphere from the construction workers. Had no running water for several hours. No warning or signs posted that the hotel was being renovated.. I asked to change rooms and was told no. The afternoon clerk/ assistant manager was rude with no quality of being in the customer service business...

If you offer free breakfast then stop the service but don't change the info on your website for 2 m I nths that's huge bait n switch. I'm reaching out to a lawyer since I had taken plenty of photos of the food area.

It is a dirty hotel . Dusty in the room . The tub drain was clogged. Not enough towels. Carpet stained in room and in hallways. Elevator floor was sticky. The breakfast was crap . The waffle make did not work well . No fresh fruit . The area for eating was dark . Went to Starbucks for coffee and a danish.

Nothing good to say about this place.

Nothing good to say about this place. We checked out because we didn't feel safe for a 2nd night. 1st night there were several police cars in the front and back of this place. Officers told me make sure your car is locked up and nothing in view cause it will get broken into. Drug addicts outside tweeking in the middle of the day. Carpets were stained in the room and hallways. Bathroom was nasty. Sleeped on a sleeping bag cause didn't trust this place, probably has bed bugs. Nothing positive about my stay at this hotel. Don't stay here. Learn from my mistake at staying at Greewood Inn.

    The location was great.

The location was great. The cleaning and kitchen staff were helpful and friendly. However, the desk staff were disinterested in the air conditioning not working, no hot water the second morning, no WiFi! I was there to work and had to use my mobile hot spot. No compensation for the inconveniences.

Location is great! Breakfast is decent except the protien is always very undercooked and nearly raw at times. I have been staying here for nearly 6 weeks now while im currently looking for a new home to purchase. I do believe the breakfast and the hotel is a very very good value overall. The staff is incredible!! everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. My only complaint is the raw uncooked bacon. Ive spoken with other guests and they have expressed the same thoughts about the bacon. Everything else is great!

The 1st room they gave us had a terrible smell. Second room.was ok but missing the desk.chair. Also.had no Wi-Fi. We ask.to change but the manager refused and said the wifi was out and being fixed. My 13 year old stated he had wifi in the lobby 2 floor, 3rd floor. I spoke to the manager once again and they stated it would be fixed. No wifi the entire stay. So we.checked out 9 AM and went to another hotel. Never stay on the first floor. Unacceptable they would not move us again.

Very strong smell of mildew all over hotel- if my partner had been with me he could not have stayed. I stayed from 7pm to 3 am as I had early plane to catch. If this was a longer stay I would have checked out and demanded refund but I had a plane to catch so I stayed. Very out dates, too high of price for such an older, mildew smelling hotel. Location was great- close to interstate, restaurants, etc.

Great alternative to Tech Center-area hotels. Wingate is just out of the way enough that made parking feel very safe. Nice people working. Had a great chat with the midnight shift guy checking me in when I sleepily arrived. Shockingly soft bath towels. Must be brand new. (I stayed Aug 2022) Property is a little dated, but everything I encountered was clean and in working order.

Absolutely terrible this hotel should be burnt to the ground, that’s the only thing that will rid the earth of this scorch of a hotel.. drug addicts everywhere, homeless everywhere throwing up, I would trust the wuhan meat market to not give me covid 19 over trusting this hotel… heck I’d trust pelosi and Gavin newsom with my gun rights before id ever stay at this hotel….

I liked that this property is a Concert Hotel with shuttle service to the concert. The shuttle driver played the music for the concert that we were going to. Then walked us to security & made sure we got into the concert! Also loved the Restaurant Zink at the Hotel. Great food, service & prices!

The hotel was in a good location, right in the Tech Center so there's easy access to a lot of different restaurants and the highway as well. It's easy to get around, and the hotel is easy to find. The location, though, was really the only thing good about it.

Best beds here, super comfy, cozy rooms, ac/heater worked great and shower was good too. Breakfast was great. Of course this is not an upscale hotel, but a budget one and on a budget I really appreciate all the perks, especially the bed. Definitely recomend.
